From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff, in particular Miss Alina YU. Alina helped my check-in process which was seamless and efficient, allowing me to quickly settle into my room and begin my relaxing stay. She also provided detailed information about room features, hotel facilities, dining options, and local attractions. Afterwards she also made herself available for answering various queries. Whilst there were issues arisen during my stay, Alina is proactive in finding solutions. Whether it's a problem with the room, a request for extra amenities, or assistance with travel arrangements, she took immediate action to address the issue and ensure my satisfaction. The room was Spacious and well designed. We booked two rooms with the bridge view, and it was fantastic.Staff Ivy was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was a variety and quite tasty. Definitely recommended! Best hotel in Zhuhai, will book again next time we visit!

A very luxury, clean and comfortable hotel. The room is very spacious with nice view. Staff at front desk are very polite and helpful especially Duke Du who tried very hard to fix my wifi problem. Also very delicious buffet breakfast with Chinese and Western style of food.

It was located right next to the concert hall where I was performing so it was very convenient. The staff were attentive and the food at all outlets were great. I ate at the Chinese restaurant and the char siew was exceptional. We had Omakase and the staff were very accomodating for our late night dining and dietary restrictions.
