Wonderful place to stay. The lady was kind and helpful. Even though they do not have a parking spot, it is one around the corner. Near to downtown. There is a restaurant around the corner, too, called Bistro (totally recommended but takes time to bring the food to the table, but the food was amazing). Great bakery one block from the hotel. Great location.

I've been traveling for three weeks through Colombia, and this was the best sleep--by far--I've gotten. The location is scenic, and it was less than 10 minutes away from the airport. The ladies there were excellent hosts, very helpful and kind. Clean sheets, towels and place. Nice breakfast and low prices. Quiet and great weather. I recommend it.

I travel through Bucaramanga quite a bit and usually stay there. When I found the Chill Out on Booking.com I decided to give it a try. WHAT A GEM. A great location in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport and a short ride from the bus stop. The staff was so helpful and kind. They arranged us a cab for 4:30 am and it was there on time. The Chill out is so clean, cute, and by very good restaurants. Chill Out Hotel Boutique will now be my go to place to stay on my travels.

Everything went well! This was our first time staying at Sonesta and it surprised us. Breakfast was great, sometimes the area was full but it was the Holy Week so the hotel was full, anyway the attention was great and it improve the experience. The rooms are very comfortable, we got two rooms one double and one queen, beds were so comfortable we could really rest and enjoy these days off. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, I was very curious and once I heard it wasn't great but in fact it was delicious. If you stay here enjoy the facilities.
