It is run by the friendliest and warmest family you will meet in CR. Also rhe bungalow is basic but has it all, next to that the many many hot spring pools are amazing (including fhd views) with a lot of wildlife around and finally fhe food and restaurant is authentic and great too. The staff learned our names when we arrived and used them throughout our stay. Also they gave us a complimentary watermelon drink upon arrival that was delicious! The hot springs were wonderful and there were 6 or 7 pools of varying temperatures to enjoy. The views of Volcan Miravailles from the pools are stunning. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. We saw toucans and capybaras while sitting in the warm thermal pools. For people traveling without car don Francisco is also doing transfers like to the national park.
