Everything was perfect, Carlos and his family are amazing hosts. Really helpful, booked our tour of Manuel Antonio national park which we would also highly recommend. The whole place is completely immersed in nature, we saw monkeys, birds, butterflies, and a sloth from afar. The food was great too, the best dinner we had in Manuel Antonio. You have to stay here!

I got the tropical corner room with beautiful sea view. I felt so happy there drinking coffee on the balcony and enjoying the view. Food in restaurants looked and tasted very good. Nice smiling and caring staff. Beautiful garden. Free shuttle to Manuel Antonio town and beaches.

It is a hostel which reminded us of our younger years travelling in Europe and Mideast or Australia and NZ - it’s very comfortable for both elderly people like us or younger backpackers and they have a well equipped communal kitchen with 24 hours coffee and tea (free) so the visitor can cook their own meals. There is also a small restaurant by side of kitchen were you can order breakfast lunch or dinner if you don’t feel, like cooking. There is a large communal area upstairs where you can relax and watch TV or just lay in a hammack otherwise you can sit around the swimming pool. Our family room was well airconditioned with a private bathroom and very comfortable there were many elderly people of different nationalities who were staying for a longer period than us.It’s close to bus station and shops also walking distance to the beach and yacht club.

Absolutely lovely hotel: great location (3 minute walk to entrance NP Manuel Antonio and nearby restaurants), parking on site (no hassle about where to leave your car in this very busy vilage), staff is great and delivers super service, good pool, rooms with view of the bay and great breakfast! We loved it!

We liked the location, not far from the beach and not far from Manuel Antonio park. We had very nice breakfast at the near Anaconda Cafe. Mind there are frequent visitors - monkeys - on your terrace so not a good idea to leave any food available there, or any small items they can take. I recommend the place. We stayed as a family of 2 adults and 2 children 4 and 8 years old. The pools are great, have spaghetti floats there available and jacuzzi, too.

A wonderful, beautiful, clean place. Dream view, the road through the tropical forest to the beach was funny, interesting, the monkeys accompanied us to the beach. The hotel is modern, beautiful and very clean. Pools for families and adults only. Good food. But I appreciated the staff the most: Javier, Lizandro, Dereck always welcomed us in the restaurant with good cheer and smiles. The reception staff was also a 10. An unforgettable stay!

Lovely family run hotel! You really feel like you're living in amongst the wild life here. A funny pair of Scarlet Macaws live in the tree above the pool and if you stay around the hotel you'll find monkeys regularly pass through the area. There was also a great walk through the jungle to a small waterfall at the back of the hotel.

It's all about the view from this place which is beautiful. It also had a really nice family friendly atmosphere. Our daughter loved the pool and meeting other kids. We ate there a lot and found the food tasty and affordable (by Costa Rican standards) One day we were treated to about 20 monkeys jumping through the trees outside our balcony and also saw scarlett macaws fly by. Overall we enjoyed our stay but a few small changes could make a big difference.

What we liked most was the wildlife at the hotel (sloths, many different monkeys, birds, etc) and the great service. They received us with cold drinks and ice cream for the kids. It is a very baby/kid friendly hotel with changing tables in every common bathroom, a kids room with trampoline, toys and more. The happy hour at the bar was also great.
