They are renting. The resort was not at all crowed during our stay and was beautiful in all aspects of our visit. Several pictures to compliment this write up. My sister stayed in an upper floor and I was on the lower. View of the ocean was gorgeous. Food was excellent and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
