W Playa Conchal is a high end all inclusive resort that caters to the needs of its guests. If you are looking for a cheap, rowdy party resort to overindulge - this isnt for you. The staff were simply outstanding and genuinely friendly, wanting to ensure our stay was exceptional. Their were so many staff members that were outstanding it would be unfair to name one individually. The 3 restaurants provided excellent meals and catered to specific dietary requirements. We highly recommend purchasing the all inclusive package to include meals and drinks. We loved our room with the spacious bathroom, balcony and very comfortable bed. The pools were excellent and close to the beach which was pristine and uncrowded. We had a very relaxing week at W Conchal, and although it is our first time to the beautiful country of Costa Rica, it wont be our last and definitely we will be returning to W Playa Conchal

Nice and clean appartment with a friendly Spanis host. The location is very close to the beach.

The seating area outside and the swimming pool are really beautiful in a tropical setting. It is truly beautiful with daily visit from monkeys in the morning at the swimming pool. So great to see.

We had a good stay. The place was nice and clean, everything look new. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner was friendly (through whatsapp, we never really met them). All communication from keys to payment happened smoothly through whatsapp.

Muchas gracias to the owners from Hotel Casa Carlota. The Hotel is near from Tamarindo, but you may be need a car to go there. For us it was perfect far away from the trouble. But its close to a supermarket. The room was very clean and we had enough space. You also have a fridge and a coffeemachine. We used the kitchen outdoor in the cooking area for the breakfast. There‘s also a swimmingpool, which was cleaned everyday. The owners are very friendly and they also give us good suggestions.
