The layout is pretty and functional, the staff are kind, helpful and professional. They really care about what they are doing. The pool is a great size for families and the whole setting is peaceful except for the squawking of the parrots twice a day. Kids loved to wake up in the morning, take a few steps outside and then jump in the nicely temperatured pool. Location is allright. Next to the supermarket and not too far from some beautiful beaches, like Playa Flamingo and Playa Conchal. Staff is very friendly. Frederick is an easy going fellow, who basically seems to be doing everything over there (he helped us with check-in, turning on the gas stove, doing the laundry and fixing our soccer ball... ;-)).Guest review byjan_willem77Family with young children
