Miguel and his family are yery kind and help you with everything you need. The Hostel is made very naturally and gives you the nicest vibes in El Cocal. I definetly recommend you to do some Surfing lessons with Miguel. He really take time for the lesson and explains from the beginning to the end how to get things done. Even if you are a beginner. You can't beat the location of this property plus the free parking right behind it. Manuel Antonio park is 2 min walk to the left and you can sit on the balcony and watch people go in and out. The apartment is functional and practical but not a cosy place. You have everything you need and I loved the balcony. This part of the Manuel Antonio accommodation stretch is very small so pretty quiet after the park visitors leave and not as touristy, as hotels are rather small. There is a good choice of restaurants close by.

Amazing experience, like living with a local family. William and Olga are outstanding people. We had breakfast and dinner together, ate fruit from the backyard tree and they helped with information when needed. After staying two nights I learned that Olga is a great cook, that William is very good at pingpong (he has a table across the street) and that they both have a good sense of humour. Thank you and "pura vida"!

Jan's place was just lovely, and so was she! The flat was comfortable, characterful and private, with a lovely balcony. The shared pool is gorgeous, with a wonderful view. Jan is so generous and interesting, and we loved having a chat. The friendly dogs were fun to cuddle as well. Quepos is a great little place (much better than Manuel Antonio). Make sure you visit the Bon Bonete French patisserie, and the market on Friday and Saturday for great fruit, veg and crafts.

Excellent location right in Quepos town, 3 minutes to the Malecon and 6 minutes walk to the bus station. Groceries, banks and many restaurants nearby and the hosts offer dinner and breakfast. Super helpful and welcoming host family and a very homey feel in the accommodation. One of the houses has AC in the bedrooms and the other has it as an option, but we were fine with just the fan in the double room. The (older) kids also loved the ping pong table and the very sweet dog. We all really enjoyed our stay!

We were there as a family and we really enjoyed it! For a hostel it's really nicely done! The kitchen area is large and the kitchen is well equipped. The staff always cleans and puts away washed dishes. The facility is very beautiful and well-kept. The rooms are ok. The absolute highlight for us was the pool! They also explicitly point out that it's not a party hostel and that's what it is- really great for families!

Beautiful hotel with different levels, well decorated. Nice to have communal kitchens and also the option of buying breakfast. The staff was very helpful and kind to our kids - helped us to organise a family friendly boat tour. We had two small children and there was a lot of books and games for us to play with, as well as the pool.
