Mia, Ranzel, and the whole staff could not have been more welcoming. It’s a very VERY chill stay though, so plan accordingly if you have little kids. I also can’t stress enough the need for a 4x4 to get there; our rental company “upgraded” us from X-Trail to Audi Q3 (ugh), and we weren’t able to make it all the way up.
