The apartment is brand new, very well and thoughfully equipped with all you might need during the stay. The self check was convenient and the host approved earlier check in which was very helpful due to a red eye flight. The apartment was on the ground floor and studio type with a comfy bed and small kitchenette and bathroom. The host was responsive and professional in his approach. Highly recommended for all wishing to stay in Livadia area of Larnaca.

    A beautiful villa, in a quiet and peaceful area. Luxurious kitchen, pool, barbecue kitchen, suitable for families with small children. Wonderful lawns, internet connection. And most importantly the Sidras family, a warm family that takes care of all your needs. We were lucky in difficult days to find this wonderful site and this wonderful family. Giving a score of 10 would be too little. Highly recommend the real oasis. with lot's of love Rusansky family Israel.

    Very nice and welcoming, family managed compound. Small swimming pool with a little area just for babies. I would definitely recommend for a family with little children for its pool, its calm location Walking distance to a nice sandy beach close to the airport with the added bonus (for the kids) of seeing airplanes landing close enough. Nearby bus stop to easily reach Larnaca downtown or the airport.

    The owner is always ready to help, she treated us very nicely with fruits from the garden. Very good value for money option. We lived in the hotel for 19 days as a big family and felt as at home. The beach is very close, also close to small shops. Kid’s friendly, we were provided with a crib and a baby high chair.
