This place is a paradise! Excellent huge suite, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds, huge TV, 2 other tvs at bedrooms, excellent breakfast. Top quality food at the restaurant for dinner. Excellent golf course and club. The best resort I have ever visited. Very quiet location.

Within 500 metres from the beach, King’s Holiday Apartments features a free-form pool with a stone-paved sun terrace.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is ideal, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to the vibrant heart of the city. Just a leisurely 12-minute walk gets you to the Tombs of the Kings bus station, making it incredibly easy to explore the rich history and beauty of Paphos. Additionally, a quick 10-minute walk brings you to a LIDL supermarket, which is perfect for picking up any necessities or snacks during your stay. The guest house itself is immaculate and exudes a welcoming charm. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-equipped, providing all the comforts one could wish for. Despina’s and Steve’s country retreat is a wonderful place to relax and recharge. The room was really cozy, spotless and the breakfast was amazing. The highlights for us were the green surroundings, the spacious outdoor area, the pool, and of course Despina and Steve and their 2 dogs and cats - we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

I can’t say enough good things about this resort. If I had to pick one thing that made them exceptional it would be the people! We were warmly greeted by Ionna from guest relations as well as Georgia at the main reception. Beautiful energy and very helpful and caring not to mention professional. They helped my fiance with his proposal and were so amazing about it, they offered us champagne to celebrate the occasion and wanted to do a lot more but we were only staying for the night. we greatly appreciated them making this moment even more special. I would definitely come back. Great value for money and you have like 4-5 restaurants to pick from, the breakfast buffet is amazing! the pools and views are breathtaking and to top it all off after diner there’s a live show every night, we were lucky enough to see some extremely talented dancers and acrobats. 11/10 would go back in a heartbeat ♡
