We really liked the hotel — it's small and in a good location. Everything was clean, and the room had everything we needed, even a scale. There were bathrobes and towels for the spa. The spa is small but very nice.

A cozy 5 star hotel that is good for recharging the batteries ! Strong points Personnel attitude. All of them eager to help and provide 5 stars services! Special mention for Lucie that was very supportive and gave us good hints! Spa area - not very crowded and quite keeping in mind the specific of the hotel-adults only. Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

This is an amazing hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. The SPA facilities are extremely excellent and the treatments are very good. Great pension with excellent food. Nicola was brilliant, very helpful with local information and spoke good english. For me, one of the best nights sleep I have had in years. Safe car parking at the rear of the property. Breakfast had a huge choice so you won't leave hungry! Would definetely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the area. Thank you.
