The room was spacious and clean, the common spaces were very nice and well equipped, the location is conveniently close to train station and supermarkets and very quiet and relaxing, with a beautiful terrasse and garden. Martina and her husband were super kind and helpful. Totally recommended, also for the great quality/price ratio.

Since the beginning the owner communicate very well with us. The check-in was very efficient, the apartment is very cozy and very well-equipped. It is a nice farm, there are posibilities to visit their animals in the nice stable. This can be a big advantage for children. We selected this location because of its convenient location. It was very close to Vrchlabí and Spindlerův Mlyn. We were attending the World Cup skiing. It was easy to get there from Farma.

The check-in process was seamless, even with a later time. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you might need, including a toaster, which was a nice touch. The location couldn't be better — right on the city square, surrounded by cozy cafes and beautiful historical buildings. I will definitely come back

Great localized, with walking distance to centrum. Or 15 min driving to the main point as Szpindlerowy Młyn. Cozy and quiet place. Free parking. Amazing views. Great staff (probably owners), who really cared about us. Pet friendly place with accessible beautiful back yard. Breakfast were outstanding, everything was home made in the kitchen behind the wall. Some of the ingredients there also from the back garden :) It was also a pleasant surprise that owners adjusted to special diet and prepared food for us. Interior of the rooms and facilities is simplistic but at the same time vintage (in a good way). Good parking lot too, no need to worry about your car.

We made a spontaneous one-night booking, and due to a mix-up with the services, we were upgraded to a larger house with a jacuzzi. Stanislav was very friendly and did everything he could to help. It’s a perfect place to relax with family or friends. The outdoor jacuzzi overlooks the forest, there’s a grill, and a spacious kitchen. A peaceful hideaway in an authentic village setting. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended!
