Very friendly and helpful hosts. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. The appartment is perfect for 6 people. The seventh person has got a little less privacy and comfort since the bed is in the hall of the top floor. However, with a group of friends or family it works quite well. Peaceful area (in the summer - I suppose in winter might be busier).

This place is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we knew we had hit the jackpot. The house is brand new, super clean, and way more spacious than we expected. Everything feels fresh, cozy, and just nice. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into every detail—high-quality appliances, extra blankets, and even a well-stocked kitchen with things like olive oil, coffee, and tea. The location is perfect—really close to the ski slopes and just a short drive to shops and restaurants. And let me just say—skiing in the Czech Republic is seriously underrated! Great slopes, no crazy crowds, and super affordable compared to other places in Europe. But what really makes this place stand out is something you can’t see in the photos: the vibe. It just feels so welcoming and warm, like a place where you instantly feel at home. Whether you're curled up on the couch with a cup of tea, playing games at the big dining table, or just unwinding after a day in the mountains, there's this amazing, cozy atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere. And if you’re coming with kids—this place is a dream! There are toys, building blocks, board games… even the little ones will never be bored. The best part? This place is available to rent all year round! Whether it’s a winter ski trip, a summer hiking adventure, or just a peaceful weekend escape, it’s the perfect spot. Very comfortable room, so clen and bathroom was also.The kitchen has every appliance from toasters to coffe machines with coffee. Cups and plates. The host was super friendly. Very safe and secure place for snowboarding or skii. Really beautiful location and beautiful place to be.

    Jana and Martin are amazing hosts. This penzion is amazingly family-friendly, super clean with an amazin breakfast. Access by road in winter is not the easiest but Martin saved the day when we got stuck! I would recommend with children 100%. English and German spoken.
