The hotel was modern, clean, comfortable and the staff provided exceptional service. It is bike friendly and provided by far the best value for money of all the places we have stayed at during our three week journey so far. Always wonderful! We have been coming for years, for work and to relax too, and certainly plan to come back again soon. Excellent staff, lovely paths to walk or cycle around, easy access to Darmstadt too. We had two separate bookings, one for the Junior Suite in the Annex and one for a Classic Double in the main building over a five-day period, with our booking for the Suite done through their own site. Sadly, we missed the wonderful Diana suite, as it was already booked.

    The hotel is exceptionally good. The location is top: city center, university, park, public transportation stops, restaurants, cafes. The staff is friendly and helpful. The communication is fast. Everything is clean, modern and very well done. Our child got a baby bed and some toys at reception. The atmosphere was good.

    The hotel is well located and the personnel was friendly and available to solve some inconveniences. I booked 1 room for My Wife, me and 2 children. According to the system, it is ok, because it considered 2 small children in a sofa bed. But for bigger older/bigger children it is a problem. They took the initiative and before I complain about it they offered an additional room to accommodate my family.
