Views from the balcony are great. Kitchen has all one requires to prepare an excellent meal. Living room is well sized and sofa is comfortable. The equipment level in the flat is very good with all that was needed for the stay. The buffet breakfast was amongst the best we've ever had!! We don't speak any German which might have made us feel embarrassed, but a particular member of staff (Norbert) could speak English fluently, and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. A small kitchen is sufficient to prepare something for breakfast. Swimming pool and children play room are of great advantage. Perfect location: nearby park, playground and swimming area. Restaurants are reachable within 8-10 min walking distance. Large parking lot in front of the building.
