They were very communicative and helped us get to the accommodation, as well as helping us once we were there. Accommodation was clean and it feels like a very safe place. For anyone traveling from oversees - Ellen asks for a 50% deposit which you need to transfer via a payment service. This is normal for Ecuador and you can trust her :-). He puts a lot of attention to details and I enjoyed the beautiful garden and numerous facilities, such as board games, ping pong table or the hammocks a lot. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of space to cook and mingle - another plus! The location is equally great: very close to the beach and the village, but quiet and safe.
