We had really good time in Sea World Resort. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Staff was very nice and smiled all the time. We also appreciate nice surprices from the hotel and late check out because our flight departed next day early morning . I have to highlight Marzena, she cared if everything is ok or can help us with something all the time.

I used to go to this resort every year as a child and now I came back after 15 years. It's still amazing. The coral reef is still beautiful and the food has even become better. I can highly recommend this hotel because the price value experience is amazing.

Very nice and clean apartment. Amazing sea view, perfect location. Near is many shops, restaurants, coffe shops, nice calm place for walking here. Fully equipped kitchen. We had always hot water, washing machine in apartment. Whenever we needed something Mr. Mohammad kindly help us, everything was was quick, smooth. We highly recommend the accommodation.

I have been coming to Egypt for several times a year. I stayed at Novotel (Marsa Alam) for the second time. We were warmly welcomed at the reception by Mr. Mohamed Hassan. A fantastic employee who provided us with wonderful service throughout our entire stay. It didn't just stop with this employee. "Every" employee, even the gardeners, luggage carriers, cleaning crew, lifeguards, entertainment,... are incredibly friendly and "extremely" helpful. Never seen before! An over the top amazing service. Every corner of the hotel is extremely clean and beautiful to stay in. The rooms are very large and beautifully decorated and maintained. Massive options with entertainment, wellness and other relaxation options,... The food is super fresh and very tasty. And all this in high season! I can fully recommend this hotel to everyone. Stop looking for other hotels. Thank you Novotel and all staff for the fantastic stay. Continue with this amazing vibe. To management: take care of all your employees, they deliver extremely fantastic work🙏👌🤝 We see eacher back very soon, that's for sure! Btw: the "Sea World" diving centre linked to the hotel has the same wonderful values and I higly recommend it (there is a very beautiful house reef).

The apartment is very beautiful, large & well equiped for cooking. Hence suitable for a long stay, also for groups as more appartments are available. The location is safe and close to the beach. It's also close to the road, but without much noise. In the night there is less traffic and we slept very well in the comfortable beds. The beach is clean and very good for swimming. If you prefer the best local beach with services, you can walk to Mövenpick resort (5 min walk), but you need to pay of course (about 12 EUR). For transport you can stop any taxi passing by. Quseir is a peaceful small city, more authentic and less touristic (than Hurghada). The owner of the house is the best host we had in Egypt. He is very friendly and supports you with everything you need by phone (in good English). He helped us with many useful information. I hope to come back one day, to stay in one of his beautiful apartments & hopefully to meet him personally. The local house manager speaks more Arabic than English, but is also very kind and shows you everything you may need (e.g. to find a closeby supermarket). THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
