We asked the staff if it could be repaired and they upgraded us into junior suite apartment. This was very nice upgrade and much better with our family than the original room. Breakfast had a decent selection on offer, and tasted very good. The spa itself which was the reason we were there was amazing and fulfilled our expectations. A little dated in places, but it had many different pools, saunas and jacuzzis to try out. It seemed to be well maintained and the staff were helpful. On the second day the Sauna World was only accessible with the bracelet, and it was much nicer.
