Stayed at Terje’s property for 4 nights in May. The house was spotlessly clean, kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner for all 4 days. There are even oven supplies to bake a cake if you wanted. There is also a playground right outside the house that we were allowed access to - our 2yo loved this and played there twice a day. Terje was very considerate, he prepared high chair and cot for our needs. He is also very friendly and we had many great conversations with him about the Faroe Islands. Our favourite spot was the “glass dining area”, we ate all our meals there whilst admiring the views. The fireplace also makes it very cosy when it is cold. The surroundings of the house are so beautiful, makes for a good morning stroll.

The guesthouse location is gorgeous, in Gjorv. Our room, in the other building down the street had a great view of the town and the water. It was nice to sit outside the room at the communal table and chairs and enjoy it. The room was spacious and modern. The cable TV was great! It was an unexpected treat. Parking was easy. The restaurant meal was good, with salmon and lamb on the menu. Breakfast was a small, but tasty buffet with the best apple and pecan pastries!

Amazingly designed house right in the small harbor of Leirvik. Probably the best private accommodation we have ever stayed in. I loved the Scandinavian interior design with lots of natural light coming from the huge windows all around the house. Bonus points for all of the kitchen equipment which allowed me to cook like I were at home. The owner is very nice and always replies to messages in a minute.

Absolutely wonderful house! Communication with Anette was very smooth, instructions are clear and she also provided us some additional information about what we can do in the islands. House is well equipped, there is absolutely everything you need for a stay (even a long one: washing machine and dryer for example, which you can use and there was also washing powder). There was a dishwasher and tablets provided, which is veeeery useful if its rented for a big family group/friends. Many dishes, even thermocups. You can watch netflix on a TV. Location was fabulous for us, such a quite escape from our daily busy city routines. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful stay and I can't recommend this place enough! 🫶🏻❤️ Its such a gem, hope to visit again. Thank you, Anette.

Excellent accommodation for a few days holiday in Gjógv, a beautiful village on the island of Eysturoy in the Faroe Islands. House in a spectacular location. The house is new and equipped with everything you need, including washing machine and dishwasher. Beautiful views from the rooms.
