We loved everything but the highlight of the stay are their staff, when I say staff i mean every single one. From the reception to the housekeeping, everyone was kind and smiling, helpful and professional. We loved the restaurant and the fact we can eat anytime we want. The spa treatments are excellent. We highly recommend it :)

    Yes you have I spoke to you yesterday and told your gîte was not suitable. Gate broken. My jeep could not park in parking place. Right on the main road. Dog excrement over the garden. Not been cleaned. You told me you were not interested and you would not refund me. So I’m going to customer services. I had to stay somewhere else. You pls e not acceptable.

    The hotel has a family feel which we really liked. It felt very personal and staff both in the hotel were friendly. Due to an accident, i was unable to check in as planned but upon phoning the hotel, they did everything they could to make our stay possible and staff were aware of the circumstances upon arrival, which showed impressive, personal level of service. It seems the rooms have been renovated and the room, réception area and grounds have a lovely haven like feel which is perfect for families and couples.
