We did have a communication issue with one member of staff, but that didn't put us off reserving rooms for us and family for next year for a family event. So requested a refunded and was told by receptionist it would be forwarded on as he couldn’t do it. The was told that a refund could not be issued as breakfast was held for me? How as they wouldn’t know what I wanted. If cooked they would have had to make it. If continental then this is normally displayed to all to select.
