    Location was perfect for us, 2 minutes drive from family and close to the Tatton flower show. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast (£5 for residents) was delicious with plenty of choice and included a cooked dish from the menu - great value for money. The room (room 2) was perfectly adequate and had a nice bathroom with large dual head shower. It was also suitable for disabled access.

    We arrived at Cranage at approaching 9pm after visiting friends. When trying to check in it became apparent that I had made a major error and booked for the wrong night. The reception staff were so helpful - agreeing to honour the booking for the same price for that night and then getting our family room set up. We were so grateful at the end of a long day. Our kids had a dairy free pizza in the bar as well and breakfast in the morning was excellent too. Every member of staff we came across was smiley, polite and helpful.

    My family and I enjoyed the breakfast; the sausages were delicious. The bed was comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the facilities. The restaurant was good, and the pool party was enjoyable. My daughter hurt her hand, and a first aider assisted with this. - The room is at the back of the state house in a new-ish building; the pictures shown on the website are not what you get.

    Everything was wonderful. It began with a shy introduction of ginger carrot soup, welcoming smiles, and a comfortable check-in. The room was so welcoming that I felt instantly at home. Staff were naturally helpful and friendly.. The location was so pretty and relaxing in a leafy village next to a stream. Idyllic setting, walking distance to the village, Viaduct, and other families. There are so many great attractions within a short drive too.

    Staff were professional and friendly Bar staff were just lovely Clean Quiet There were major functions whilst we were there but once in the room you'd never know anything was going on. Lovely location Beautiful views Great leisure facilities.

    Great location, bed was comfortable and very convenient as a stop when travelling. It was very affordable. Ample parking with an overflow area too, seemed like a great venue for larger groups/conferences and events.
