I did pre-advise the hotel before arriving and was overwhelmed with our fabulous two storey penthouse room you so kindly allocated. Gorgeous property with such lovely and helpful staff. checking in and out was super easy and I was made aware of a WhatsApp number for assistance through the night. Bar downstairs was well stocked and had such a nice vibe to it. Right opposite gay town and a ten min walk from the theatre and venues we needed.

The service by the Staff is 6* if this was possible. Amazing contact and customer service when we had a long delay in Amsterdam. The apartment was fantastic, super quiet and looking into the train station meaning convenience was fantastic! Would definitely recommend this place If I had one tiny complaint, and its not, its purely feedback for the housekeeping, is that our bath was dirty and had alot of small black bits in we couldn't remove. But it was the day after new years and we saw how busy they had been!
