Myself and my boyfriend came to the Pentland Shepherd Huts to celebrate our anniversary and we had the best time! The hut was extremely clean and comfortable, absolutely perfect for a romantic weekend. It is an amazing location as it didn't take us too long to get into Edinburgh but we also weren't too far from lovely little towns such as Peebles. Lyn was great with communicating and we even got to meet their pygmy goats and shetland ponies, definitely a highlight of the trip! The hot tub was also heated for our arrival which was a great way to settle into our weekend. Would definitely recommend to other couples or friends who want a cosy weekend away!

Steve & Heather are very welcoming hosts & friendly. We stayed just 1 night as early flight the following morning. Easy to get to the city and surrounding area. A good pub nearby to eat. All very clean and a decent shower. Highly recommend. Great breakfast Thank you 🙏

A beautiful house, very clean and comfortable, with modern equipment. The house owner and manager are exceptionally nice, welcoming people. Great safety for parking our cars, close to the Edinburgh bypass, yet convenient for travelling into the city by bus or taxi.

Beautiful castle, the room and bathroom were amazing, particularly the bed! It was clean and confortable. The spot with forest around is pretty. The spa was very nice too. Good breakfast, and the 5 course dinner, which I had booked with the room, so delicious! The staff is skillful and the service very good. I really felt like a princess during my stay, it was exactly what I was looking for!
