The hotel has a warm family friendly feel to it - the staff know exactly which booking you are. We forgot to ask for a cot in the family room and called the hotel on our way down to ask them if one was available. They said yes and it was no problem for them at all. When we entered the room for the first time the cot was up with bedding set as well. We stayed for our daughter's christening and the staff were lovely to us and our little girls!Guest review byRhodriFamily with young children
