Location was perfect as was the property which is a stunning historic pub. Staff ensured we had a great time and the facilities were amazing. Best shower ever! Breakfast was very good.

The apartment is located in the historical area of Stamford in very close proximity to the main street and square. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are modern and clean. Kitchen cutlery set included sharp knifes, seriously, it is not very common feature. The apartment has an on-site garage big enough to take a medium sized car, which is very handy for those traveling Britain by car. Communication with host was clear and prompt. We liked the modern, comfy and large beds and views from the bed room.

The location was excellent. The cottage was light and airy, modern but with character. Spacious and well appointed. Spotless and comfortable. Away from the main road, so sitting out having our breakfast was peaceful and relaxing. The host was very helpful, and was very good with clear and friendly communication. We had a lovely time here, and would be delighted return. Can heartily recommend it to others.

The host was super responsive and everything was perfect! There was coffee and tea in the house, even milk was provided!! The garden of the property is fabulaous!! We realised in the evening that we wouldn't manage to leave the property for the usual check out time. We messaged the host to explain and our host accommodate a late checkout!

It was lovely and well decorated, all the little touches made the hut inviting and warm to stay in with the candles, the blankets even the little lights! The breakfast basket and even the bottle of bubbles to celebrate.

    It’s a beautiful guest house, the rooms were very clean & tidy with modern decor. We stayed here to celebrate a very special friend’s wedding & it was great walking distance to the family runs No1 kitchen cocktail bar where the wedding reception was held.great experience all round.

    Excellent stay and the water family room we have stayed in since having a child. Great space rather than a put up bed in the corner. Lovely facilities and overall room. Great communication when I messaged about our dog. Lovely friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and at breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and again the staff were attentive and lovely.
