the location was peaceful, check in was convenient, quick and easy, slept like a baby beds were very comfortable:) liked it was pet friendly! massive plus for us with access to a lovely garden and off-road parking :)

Location was excellent. The size was just right for 4 adults for a weekend. The house was super clean and the beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the milk in the fridge (plus welcome prosecco and biscuits!). Overall a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

    Beautiful period property in a tranquil location. Magnificent gardens and the fully inclusive use of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room throughout the stay is heavenly. It's become a firm favourite for my young daughter and I when we need to decompress from the world. Staff couldn't be more helpful which is so important with an ASD child who gets overwhelmed easily. Love the fact that off season the cost of the spectacular Telford Suite becomes affordable!!

    Very clean and comfortable family room. Electric blinds on the velux windows were great for blackout to get kids settled. Loved how many sockets were in the room. Good big bathroom. My baby was unwell during our stay. They sent housekeeping up right away to change the sheets when she vomited. The breakfast was one of the nicest hotel buffet breakfasts I've had. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the area, and plenty nearby to do if you're looking for family activities.

    Great location, not too far from the town centre and right next to the park which is great for families with children of different ages, you can also access through the gate in the hotel's garden. Room was interconnecting which was helpful for a family of 5. Pool is fantastic, most of the staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay.
