Everything was great, room is very clean and quiet, it was possible to settle earlier, this was a great plus for me, also I would mention, that the place is really close to metro station and there are only 30 minutes to Kings cross station.

There was no meal option with our room but it was clean and spotless. The owner was very attentive, considerate, kind, and hospitable. It was very comfortable, safe, relaxing as well as convenient. We like all the amenities and it's smoke-free. This is way better than a hotel. The bus stand was only a 2 minute walk and it's a 15 minute bus ride to Sutton high street. It was easy to commute. I will never forget to take the bus 280 towards Tooting. I usually wait by the St. Nicholas centre, stop W or by the sutton library, which were very accessible. If you want to be home away from home, book your stay here!! We love this place and we hope you will, too.

The rooms were spacious, cosy and loved all the little extras. The rainfall shower was lovely. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the sausage. Our favourite part of the breakfast was having the resident labrador join us. Felt like home from home🥰

I stayed in this apartment for one night and really enjoyed it. It’s very close to the city center, but the area is calm and peaceful. The location is great and easy to access. Everything was clean and comfortable and communication with host is excellent Highly recommend!

These was no breakfast service. But am aware before I booked. The apartment is right in the city centre and within walking distance to all shops. So providing a breakfast would have been a waste of time and resources.
