We had lost faith in Holiday Inn but the staff here were so helpful and welcoming we are definitely going to return and will start to retry other Holiday Inns . Harvey explained about the Apps to us so we get the points and spent time checking us in and Andy and the Chef were so friendly and helpful. Well done a pleasure to see,they should be sent out to educate other hotels.

We been there about 5th and 6th September, There was a lovely lady at reception with smile and helpful advice. Rooms was very good and very clean, breakfast was delicious and fresh, good location with good parking, reception and staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended 👌 and will be there again.🤩

    The hotel was beautiful, clean and easy to get around. Breakfast was complimentary and the restaurant was stocked with all the breakfast foods, including foods for dietary needs ie. Vegan and Gluten free cornflakes. Bed was comfortable, lots of space for families we saw that there was 3 beds within the bunk bed area (pull out mattress) and a large baby fold out cot bed in a draw.

    The house itself is a gem, an art gallery and a place that sends you back in time. The Teddy bears can make you smile like a happy child, the design of the bedroom and the the breakfast room create such a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious served with a big smile by hosts. And the hosts...Stuart and Janet, the loveliest welcome I had in the last few years. Friendly and helpful, they can make you feel at home.
