The property is located in the Jewish/French Quarter of Kutaisi. It’s a beautiful home with traditional decor complemented by tasteful modern touches. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the stunning all-glass veranda overlooking the river provided a lovely spot to relax in the evening. David was an exceptional host, offering plenty of helpful information to make my stay enjoyable. The experience felt more like visiting a friend’s home than staying at a hotel, thanks to the warm and personal atmosphere. If I return to Kutaisi, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The host (Annie?) is amazing. She would go to the moon and beyond to make you feel at home. The room has a privileged view of the city, and it's really close to the Cathedral. Everything was great
