This beautiful house has been restored to perfection by the owner Dimitris and his team. The location in the tiny village of Ano Podina is calm and peaceful, with a coffee terrace giving gorgeous views over the nearby mountains/sunsets. Monodendri, one of the more popular towns with tourists, is only a 15 min drive away. The hotel is surrounded by incredible spots for hiking over mountains or along rivers. Our rooms were sparkling clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff were kind, friendly and professional at all times. Genuinely, I think this was one of the loveliest places I have ever stayed. We visited in March, and the weather/temperature was perfect for hiking/exploring nature. Thank you so much to the Ameliko Zagori team for a wonderful visit!

A lovely experience at the Meliteion. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly. The room is really comfortable and decorated in warm and relaxing tones. I arrived late afternoon and got great advice to hike up to the highest point in the village and watch the sun set over the mountains. Stunning. Great breakfast! Thank you, I will return.

    we stayed for 4 nights and we loved every minute. Very welcoming staff and hospitality loved the view from the hotel Super peaceful location, just as we needed, however close to many wonderful locations to explore small playground near the hotel that was very appreciated by our 2.5 years toddler :)
