This is a wonderful place to stay. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious with large balconies and gorgeous views of the sea. Breakfast is excellent with lots of homemade produce. Highly recommended if you are doing the Kalavryta train trip. Stay there. Follow the signs posts up from the town

There are places where you choose to stay just because it helps you to fulfill other objectives (in this case visiting Diakopto-Kalavrita canion), but you remain surpised by how good those places are. This is the case of Panoramic Hotel. Everything was above expectations: The rooms were very nice and clean., the view from the balcony is beautiful, the terrace under the trees is nice and cozy and especially how the staff is treating people is amazing. The hotel is nicely located in a quiet, small village in the heart of Greece, easy to reach, and no problem with the car parking. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is delicious and beautifully arranged. Small hotel's staff is dedicated to the job. I spent six nights there, together with my wife and our small dog. We have been provided with great care and attention. There is no additional fee for the dog. Congrats to Elias, the hotel manager, and his small crew! We definitely have the intention to come back.
