The staff were exceptional. Nothing was a problem for them. The view was excellent even though it was cloudy at times. The room was perfect and the breakfast more than I could manage.

The location is perfect just 5 mins walking from fira. I stayed on the ground floor which had a direct view of the sunrise. They have beautiful space to sit outside and more than enough space inside. The kitchen is great if you like to cook. The host Eva was very welcoming and gave us a lot of tips on where n how to travel. The cleaning was done everyday and it was on spot.

We received an email, shortly after our booking, offering to help with transportation from the airport. I accepted and the Agnadema did the rest. Unfortunately we had flight cancellations, delays, etc. I emailed hotel, and they kept on top of our flights. We eventually arrived, hours late, but the driver was there, waiting for US!! 15-20 minute ride from the airport, and Julian (porter) was there to meet us and help with our luggage. THANK goodness, because....there are a lot of steps and a bit of a pitch to get to and from our room. Julian carried our luggage like an Olympian. Just incredible. The rest of the staff were extremely kind, and helpful. A very well run facility. Perfect view. We were VERY happy with our stay. We would stay there again.

The rooms were super cute , cottage like, private and quiet. Beds were super comfortable , they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, we would definitely stay again! Breakfasts were delicious as well and they made checkin/ checkout a breeze
