LithuaniaThe hotel was excellent! We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, and we were warmly welcomed – our room was ready just an hour after our arrival! The staff were always extremely polite, helpful, and always smiling. The reception staff assisted even with small requests, such as calling a taxi. Cleanliness was perfect, with rooms being serviced every morning. We had our stay with breakfast included – the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The pool area had a bar and a restaurant, with especially tasty pizzas – highly recommended! Overall, our stay was truly wonderful, we have no complaints at all, thank you! ✅

Extremely clean, very nice facilities, easy access to the sea, lots of swimming pools. Very welcoming staff, with special mention to rosy at the restaurant and Ivan, the monitor who put more than 5 stars in our kid’s eyes, all week long. The room was spacious and cool. Bed was comfy and big. The housekeeper was the loveliest woman, spoke excellent English. Actually the only one off the staff we had more contact with. We did not participate in any of the activities but the daily pool workout looked fun. I never saw where the kids activities were held so we missed those. We liked that it is quite near to local bus stop, plently of resturants and two beautiful beaches quite nearby. Premises of the hotel is peaceful and full of greenery. A dedicated swimming pool for children was excellent as we had travelled with a toddler. The best thing about the hotel was its staffs and personals.
