The property is extremely close to the beach. Like 5 min max. The place is very clean, the sheets smell like “home”. We didn’t stood too many days, but for us was perfect. I highly recommend it. Oh and of course the lady that owns the property, she s an angel.

Really nice and very clean apartment! It has everything you need for your stay, and even more. The owner always responded quickly to our questions. We stayed there for just one night on our way to Lefkada, but it was perfect. The beach is only a short walk from the apartment

    The location is fine, you really go from the garden directly to beach. The beach is OK, not very wide and a bit neglected, with a lot of trash, but that is normal for Greece. The hosts are super nice and very friendly, the kids really enjoyed the small presents on arrival. It is very convenient location for visiting Athens with car, with just 30 minutes of driving.

    Excellent value for the price. Very friendly staff, helped us with everything we needed. Suitable for a vacation with small children, there is a playground inside the hotel as well as a playground near the beach. The beach of the hotel is lovely and includes a restaurant for those interested.

    The whole hotel offered a great experience for us and our 16 months old! Both the beach and the pool areas are lovely (several pools with different depths) - there is a big garden with plenty of shadow for the little ones. The room was clean and with a simple but nice balcony. Our toddler loved the children disco evening and the playground :) Food was reasonable but a bit repetitive if you stay for long - for a 4-day stay it was perfect. We’ll be back :)

    We stayed here for a week. What a lovely place this is. The Apartments were spotless, the owners were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The area is an oasis of tranquility. All I can say is that it was a great find! Highly recommend Geranium Villa by the Sea (at Kineta) to any traveler, solo or family, you can’t go wrong here. Thanks to the owners for an amazing week and for being so great at what they do, top job 👍 we will be back!

    The perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family. Paradise near Athens to calm down, sleep well and swim. Don’t forget to eat at the tavern, if you like fish.

    A very nice house at a superb location, literally by the seaside. The house is spacious, very clean and convenient. It is surrounded by a large garden, ideal for families or friends. The owner welcomed us and provided all amenities and info about the house and the area. Great stay, highly recommended!
