We traveled in 3 families with 3 toddlers. Everything was great, the pool was clean with perfectly warm water. Localization is comfortable, the shops are in the close localization to the house. The hosts are very nice and supportive. I highly recommend if you want to relax with kids. Our loved the pool and the play ground which saved us in the evenings :)

The breakfast was amazing, with waried dishes. The location was, as we can see on pictures, really clean and class. Beautiful exterior ! The view is amazing too. Hosts were respectful, accomodating, and generous. We loved everything !

A great place - huge apartment, new and very clean. The location is excellent - close to the beach and to the village center. Panormos itself is a great base to explore this part of Crete. It's peaceful and quiet, yet large enough to have a decent choice of tavernas and sea side fish restaurants. Manolis who runs the place is very attentive and responsive to every question, and welcomed us with refreshments and Raki :-)
