The calm and peace of the location, the space in the room and its equipment. And most of all, the kindness and attentiveness of Elpida who was the host during my stay. Very responsive and caring - very rare and much appreciated!

The villa was superb. Giannis, the host is excellent. Gave us very good recommendations for activities to do in Santorini. The rooms were great (comfy bed, bathrooms, TV channels, wifi). Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. I would recommend to stay here.

Pnoe suites is like a little paradise in the peaceful Santorini countryside, but very close to Fira town. Fanouria and Dimitrius our hosts were outstanding. They really spoiled us during our stay and took care of everything, from sorting car hire to arranging food and taxis for us. They really make you feel special during your stay and have created a very special holiday location. Our room was stunning and had everything we need. The private pool is perfect for relaxing and looking out at the scenery. We loved sitting out relaxing while taking in the view. Our breakfast every morning served on our terrace was delicious, we absolutely loved it, and our hosts were happy to make changes to our breakfast as we requested. I feel the service and care we received during our stay at Pnoe was the best we have ever received on a holiday. The roads are winding into Fira town and probably a 20-30 min walk (5 min drive), but Fanouria and Dimitrius were quick to arrange taxis when needed and also sorted car hire for us so we could explore the island for ourselves. This property is a little different to a hotel, as there is no reception, but the staff are nearby at all times, and only a message away from helping you when you need. We felt the staff were all incredibly professional and available when we needed help, but also respected our privacy. We had the option to request housekeeping/pool cleaning at certain times of the day, so we never felt that our privacy was affected. We really loved the set up and it felt very luxurious and like our own piece of paradise in Santorini! We hope to visit again!

A lovely hotel, located in a very convenient area, excellent and varied breakfasts and most importantly - the hotel is run by a lovely couple who never stopped helping us with recommendations, booking attractions, recommending restaurants and any other possible help. They even offered to come and pick us up if we got stuck without a shuttle. The atmosphere is family and warm and we highly recommend choosing this hotel.

The location is perfect, with a picturesque view of the Caldera! A perfect place for a couples getaway!

Absolutely everything! Katikies gardens is a magical place. Everything was perfect, the food delicious, the staff friendly and helpful in every way. The hotel is absolutely stunning and we even got an upgrade. We hope to be back again. Thank you so much ♥️

We stayed at Cally Cave House Sept 16 - 19 2025. The room/apartment was huge with 1 big bed and 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms. Everything worked as to be expected. The thing that made this stay special was the manager Vasilis. He picked us up from the airport for free. He drove us to Fira city center 2 or 3 times. No charge. When our ferry was canceled due to a storm, he arranged for a hotell for us because his was fully booked. He drove us there and again refused us to pay for the trip. He kept us updated about the ferry next day. A man with a truely good hart.
