Family hotels and homes in Fira

Apartment is open plan space that is attached to a family house with which it shares a courtyard. There are two single beds and a double. There is a small but functional kitchen/dining area. The host lives in the same building and is very helpful. Washing facilities were not listed but the host was happy to let us use theirs.

The property is perfect for families. The pool is small and shallow which was great for our young kids, plus it’s closed off so our kids were in their own safe space whilst swimming. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean. Views from the room are perfect for sunsets and it’s nice to have a safe private space to watch the sunset as a family. Restaurants and supermarkets are also very close walking distance.

Beautiful facilities and the smell on entry is divine! Chocolate and caramel! 😍 Romeo at the pool bar is gorgeous! And so helpful and fun with the kids. Would stay again the place is so central also.

A lovely family run hidden gem in a good location. Flora and her daughter are absolutely lovely and really the extra mile to make you feel right at home. The traditional Greek style room is just spectacular! I woke up to a glorious sunrise over the Caldera with the sun steaming in as I left the curtains open. An affordable, great place to stay for good value

Small family-owned vacation hotel & apt. All newly renovated. Good sized room, aircondition and free WiFi, serviceminded staff. (24h service) Perfectly located in the heart of Fira (2 min to shopping, restaurants with stunning caldera view), yet quiet. Affordable transport service by hotel anytime and a sightseeing package if you want to explore the Island. Perfect for couples, families with teenagers who wants to explore localities and not the typical lux resort vibe. Looks exactly like the pictures presented.

Nice suite for our short stay, very clean and daily house clean service. The host is super friendly and helpful. Quiet and family friendly. It’s important to hire a car for the stay. It’s short 5 min drive to the city centre or 20 mins hilly walk. The host arranged a hire car for us. And they are able to deliver the car to the hotel.

It is great that the breakfast is delivered to the door and the pool has a decent size. This place is good for families with kids. The kids play zone is set up in the hotel. Tina, the owner, is very helpful to arrange a taxi for us and provided travel information around Fera. We came earlier than checking in time. She let us in right way without waiting. she is so awesome! Location---the hotel is on the other side of the road, not on the main attractive sites. 7 mins walk to general bus station in Fera.

Lovely ambience ,good size rooms with balconies. Staff accommodating, rooms well appointed , clean, very comfy beds. Snacks served at the bar good value. The bar and snacks at the pool should be opened till early evening. Children amenities lacking., the plus is the pool well enjoyed by the kids as it was large and child friendly.
