We stayed at Disney Explorers Lodge for 2 nights—our first time at a Disneyland hotel—and it was exactly what we expected from the Disney experience: fun, a bit chaotic, and full of energy. The hotel itself is themed beautifully, with lots of charming details, and it’s perfect if you want to be close to the park. The complimentary shuttle made getting to the gates easy and quick. We mainly booked the character breakfast for the photo opportunities, and it delivered! Just keep in mind, the atmosphere is lively, loud, and not particularly relaxing—more about fun than calm. That said, the variety of food was impressive, and even after two days, we hadn't tried everything. The room cleaning was excellent and done discreetly, which we appreciated. If you're planning to spend your days in the park and want that full Disney immersion (plus guaranteed character photos), this is absolutely the right hotel. Three days felt like the perfect amount of time.

Excellent service, the staff are always ready to help, and the room was spacious with a great view. It so happened that we came for a vacation right when a typhoon hit, but all the hotel services were running as usual, including several restaurants, so we had plenty to do. Thank you very much!

I’ve been here for many times, so i experienced many staffs… every single staff was so kind and had good service to the guest. I’m so impressed and i think that it shows the level of this hotel. The view of corner suite is perfect. The very first accomodation in HK was Grand Hyatt for me, so HK has become the best tourist attraction for me. I totally reccommend this hotel! Everything was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very pleasant, comfortable and clean, I took a harbor view room and the view was worth the extra price. The bed was very comfortable too. The breakfast was great, it offered a lot of variation and it was more than enough - in fact, I ate around 9:30 and wasn't hungry until 15:00 which was very handy for visiting the city at a speed pace, as i had to catch a train that afternoon. Also the hotel stored my luggage after check-out, until i did a bit of visiting and i returned to pick it up before my train, all free of charge. The location is great too: about 10-20min walk to the star ferry, and the subway station is just around the corner, so very easy to get around.
