Very lovely room. Alex was such an amazing host. Very friendly and helpful in everything. 😊 The Beach was great and you can even see the big cruise ships from there. We loved the place and the whole experience.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. They welcomed us like family. Roger went out of his way to help me find something I needed in town, I appreciated this so much. He dropped us off at the ferry, I realized I left something back in their refrigerator, he went back for it. This family was so lovely, they truly do everything possible to make your stay special. The breakfast was delicious, especially sitting on the porch over the water. Their son was visiting, he drove us to dinner. Their little girl, Victoria is so sweet, she was happy to show us her new puppy and beautiful rabbit. I can’t say enough about this lovely family and their special place on the water!!!

Cheryl was attentive and welcoming and my husband and I thought Guava Grove Resort and Villas was a great hotel in a good location. The food was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Guava Grove Resort and Villas.

    Roger and his family are AMAZING!! I was traveling alone and felt very welcomed and safe. I didn't want to snorkel alone for the first time in a new area, so the family joined me and showed me their favorite corals. So sweet! The views are beautiful!

    The condo was very clean and spacious. They host had beautiful Christmas decorations up, which my family really appreciated. It made it feel very cozy. The location of the property is directly in front of the water, so the view is amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The host Patrick and Kelli were very responsive to any questions and addressed concerns immediately. It was a great condo to book for a family vacation.

    Everything was perfect, the bed was comfy with a powerfull fan, the house has a cute deck with a marvelous view of the ocean. In this house you will be able to rest, swim and snorkling without to go anywhere else. Besides the place, the magic about this beach house are their owners. Roger and his family will go up and beyond to help you, and make you feel at home. I will be back!

    The sunrise for the guest house was perfection. Roger and his family and incredibly welcoming and helpful. The backyard is great to chill and relax with beautiful views. Rooms are very basic but have everything you need. Very close to the airport and ferry as well.

    Very lovely family and basic apartments suitable for a short stay at Roatan. Roger was really communicative and tried to solve every issue. There were some downsides that were met with immediate action to solve them and for people who like a family like atmosphere and do not have the highest expectations concerning accomodation, this place is a very good recommendation regarding the price.

    Victoria' beach house won't dissapoint you. The owner and is family are super friendly and make you feel welcome from the first moment. The deck is super nice for a relaxing afternoon and a few meters further in de sea there's a beautifull reef to snorkel. Room was very comfortabel and clean.
