Great place with great staff in a great location. Great breakfasts and coffee, and coworking space to boot so you don't have to keep in touch with the office in your bedroom! We had a junior suite overlooking the back of the hotel. It had a very private and HUGE balcony, the room was very clean and reasonably quiet for a beach location in Canggu.

Beyond expectations! Hotel in Canggu but not in traffic jam area, close to beach and most important its very quiet also comfy. New building, all new facilities, cleanliness is good, staff very helpful. Price are lowerrr than other hotel in that area. Room was exactly the same as the picture😊 all i can say, Sunny Muse Hotel perfect for my stay!

Location is EXCELLENT! Right in the heart of Canggu… only walking distance to Milk & Madu, Shady Pig, Margaret restaurant… but in a quiet street off main road- so no noise! Also no construction either (as of May 2025). Rooms are good size, clean and very comfortable beds. Good lighting in shower also (the women will understand this 😌). And the people working there extremely friendly, genuine and caring! I went there after an extremely bad experience with M4YA hotel (extremely noisy location, mould in room it smelt like sewage- dont go there!!!)… and the manager at Aviator saw how upset and exhausted I was and simply upgraded my room out of his caring nature. Not many hotels will do that!

I loved the place, beautiful, luxurious villas, brand new furniture, you feel like you are at home. The location is great near the main streets, cafes, restaurants, beach clubs and yoga studious. The one bedroom villa includes public pool and 2 bedroom villa is with private pool and garden. I loved the place is fully equiped with everything you need.

We loved Everything! The breakfast was delicious, the coffee was amazing (single origin Indonesian coffee, the best I’ve had over here!), the staff were always so happy, helpful and kind, the grounds are lush and tranquil and the room was so so beautiful! We were upgraded to the family room when we arrived and gosh it was such a stunning room! We honestly can’t fault anything, it was the best place we stayed on our entire trip and we can’t recommend it highly enough! Kayu Village is an oasis!

Great hotel just next to the beach. Beach is more for surfing and walking however there are several beach clubs few mins walk/ride where you can go and enjoy pool/bit better beach but Canggu in general doesn’t have nice beaches. Lovely rooftop pool with nice view. Room was super clean and bed was the comfiest ever, you also get soft and firm pillow which was such a nice touch. Quite hotel no outside noise. We got lovely fruit platter for checking in in the room and on one more day. Lot of nice cafes and restaurants accesible by foot, but is also worth renting a scooter and enjoy differenr areas within 5-10min ride. You can also use Gojek (like Uber, which has motorbike and car option).

Everything. The BEST hotel we have ever had from more then 40 hotels, in 17 different countries, including a lot of: German, French, Hungarian, Italian and Japanese hotels. In details: - Staff: always in good mood, very helpful, perfect English speaking, have a solution for evrything. Also what we really liked is they watch over for you. We had a trustable day driver, but they always checked the driver, the car and 1 or 2 times I may even saw they wrote down the car plate, but I am not sure. However I am sure if something would happen, they would start to search for us, which is calming. - Cleanliness: always shining, if required, then they clean the room daily. (They check the signs SEVERAL times a day, so you get the cleaning in a few hours). The common areas are continuously cleaned. - Room equipments: everything you need and more if asked. Mini fridge, water heater, hair dryer, vanity kit... - Comfortability: really big and comfortable bed. The room has enough space for 2 big and 2 small luggages, a lot of clothes and to comfortably walk between them. - Restaurant: CLEAN! As Europeans we were afraid of Bali belly. No need to be afraid of anything here! We tried the whole menu through 10 days, because it was so good we didn't want to go elsewhere. Had no problem at all (and my wife has a really weak stomach, but even she had no problem with the food). The food is really very tasty. - Location: now this is a little tricky. Canggu is a crowded area, however the hotel is on the edge. So you will experience trafic jams, but this is true for all the other parts of middle and south Bali. However the hotel is very close to a beutiful beach, 5~7 min by walk. Because of this on the rest days, it is very easy to just walk down to the beach and enjoy the waves and the view, go back to lunch and back to the beach.

    Right on beach in Canggu, close to good restaurants etc. great pool, amazing breakfast, toddler enjoyed the kids club, we also got a free upgrade to the garden room which was appreciated! I have since heard the canggu rooms are small so probably would not have booked this had we known. Was great to have a garden room.

    The villas are located in an excellent place. As we had scooters, it is also on walking distance to the beach but not necessarily in a crowded place of canggu. Stayed with my family with two little children, they loved the private pool and personal and dogs 😊. All are so friendly and kind and even playful with the little ones. Recommend this every time when in Canggu with kids. I even have been here twice. Visited this place in Jan’24

    Everything was perfect! The villa size is just right for 3 adults and 2 kids (the villa looks even better than in the picture), family friendly, spotlessly clean, very comfortable ambience. Staff are very friendly and super helpful too, plus, the villa located in the very strategic location - close to various options of cafe and resto. Will definitely coming back!
