Bernie understood when I told her we would be late arriving as ferry was fully booked ( a last minute rush to get there). Offered to put the heating & leave the outside light on for us. The hotel as a whole was an amazing experience with a young family there was never a time I felt my children were disturbing the staff or other guests they were welcomed into the atmosphere.
