And what make ma it special are the little details: expressing machine in the room with cookies, nice bathroom products, etc. The lodge itself is just beautiful and so well maintained. The breakfast is one of a kind everything is homemade and delicious. And finally the host: a kind and hard working man! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Barrymor is a great place to stay. It is spotless, extremely comfortable and ideally located off the beaten track and only a short walk or drive to Ballyvaghan. Helen is a wonderful host, very friendly. I can't recommend Barrymor and Helen highly enough, I will definitely be back.

The people running this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large and perfectly clean. We wanted for nothing and would have stayed longer if our trip allowed. The location was very convenient to access multiple tourist attractions, and the accommodation had a car park for free which made it very easy to get around

An amazing hotel in the Ballyvaughan. Even though Ballyvaughan is small place, we were mesmerized by the landscape, environment and people, their kindness and hospitality. This is pretty much same in the whole Ireland. Very kind people, open and cheerful. Staff at the Hylands Burren was excellent, breakfast was very good. Location is very close to Cliffs of Moher (by car), which was one of the reason we came to this area.
