Our stay at KC was a perfect one. Our room was spacious enough for our toddler to explore, with the big bed to jump in during the night, although Mr Little was provided with his own baby cot. Large bathroom with both shower and a bathtub to relax after a long day. Beautiful surroundings with couple of forest / lake trails and big lawns to squeeze out the baby energy before bed. Delicious breakfast and different options for dinner. After pre dinner drinks at the Dungeon bar we choose the casual dining in the Palm court (fantastic starters!!). The staff was welcoming and kind, and they indulged all of our questions and needs (luke warm milk as a night cap for the little :)

Nice place. This is a private house located in driving distance from the nearest town. Hosts are very welcoming. We arrived at night and were granted a wide room with bathroom access. Breakfast was offered in the morning as well as beverages upon arrival. Parking slot is available for free. Good choice to stay here.

Lovely quiet area, well equipped cabin, cleanliness, parking space included. Refreshing to get a hot shower after hikes and a cup of tea. The night was chilly and we found it best to set the heater on a low volume running for the night, otherwise the air cools down too much.

    Myself and family went for one night but ideally you would want to spend at least two nights here. It is in a remote area so the lake and the hotel itself is really what is so lovely about Kilronan. The castle itself is gorgeous and exactly what you'd expect from the pictures online. The staff were very friendly and we asked for late checkout as we couldn't stay for two nights and they kindly let us which was great. The food was lovely myself and my son ate in the casual dining hall and there was a lot of choice which was great.

    Just fabulous and staff go out of the way to make everything perfect. We had a fabulous family room with a stunning view of the Lough. Lovely walks around the water. Added special touches because it was Easter.

    the food was excellent, the girls behind the bar counters were really professional, a wedding and a funeral on at the same time they were never under pressure if they were they did not show it, the ladies at reception were top class any info you need they have it to hand Senior Citizen
