The host Anne was just so welcoming and warm person it was a pleasure checking in, she made sure to explain everything - Room and the bathroom were clean well lit and modern it was close by to the taxi stand and bus station of you are using public transportation thru Ireland, I would highly recommend

I was very impressed by the room, decor, cleanliness and comfort. I had the best nights sleep (with ear plugs as always) as the beds are really comfy! Ample parking which is very easy and it’s only 5mins drive into Carlow.

From the moment we arrived in the Hotel we were looked after to the highest standard by the staff. Nothing was a problem. The leisure center was a bonus great for families. The food was excellent from breakfast through to dinner. They even provided breakfast for other family members who weren't staying in the hotel ,truly amazing service and such helpful staff. Thank you Michael and all your staff.

Very disappointed with the pool area no baby's pool no changing area as it was being refurbished but didn't say on the website . But there was never a baby pool witch I was surprised as this was seen as a family hotel the hotel was cold in the rooms there was no netflick another weird thing not to have for children as they would watch movie s .
