Great hosts. Accommodated our request for a rather late check in. The room itself was nice, great views and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful in adjusting and providing a great breakfast to suit our dietary requirements. Gave many helpful tips for local excursions.

I really appreciated being able to bring my dog and have her be welcome indoors. The food was exceptional. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. The environment was calm and serene. The setting is gorgeous.

Very convenient location, only a few minutes drive from Clifden city center. Lovely space with incredible view of the ocean. Host was very responsive and checked in frequently to make sure everything was satisfactory. Continental breakfast was excellent and Catriona even checked in beforehand for food allergies and preferences. Would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment is wonderful. The location is perfect and a very easy walk to town center and the bus stop. The apartment is immaculate and everything a traveler needs is provided. We travel a lot and this was the nicest apartment we have ever rented. As amazing as the apartment is it was the owners that made our trip perfect. They were easy to communicate with prior to our stay and provided us with lots of information about Clifden and things to do in the area. We had the pleasure of meeting Liz when we checked in and she went above and beyond the duties of a host to welcome and assist us.

We had a lovely time at Shanakeever Farm and wish that we could have stayed longer. The home itself is lovely - very recently renovated with a beautiful kitchen and dining room and a comfortable living/family room area. The beds in the guest rooms were comfortable and we slept very well. But what really elevated the experience was the personal touches. Michael showed us around when we arrived and gave us several helpful recommendations for where to go in Clifden. Donna, meanwhile, came by in the morning to give us homemade brown bread and eggs laid by chickens on the farm. Truly lovely.
