The property is perfectly situated, and very close to everything that is happening, yet very peaceful. The welcome is both friendly and very genuine. We enjoyed sitting in their lovely garden under the gazebo with our wine! Breakfast is self service, but offered everything you could want : sausage, eggs, bacon, cereal etc. We slept very well, and would happily return again. There was a tea/coffee maker & an array of crackers and cookies. Bernie is an outstanding host. The bathroom had a heated towel rack & hot water bottle, something you wouldn't get in a four star hotel in an exceptionally chilly July in Ireland.
