A very welcoming host greeted up on arrival and provided us with helpful information provided during our stay. The well appointed room was lovely - comfortable, bright and airy with nice views and plenty of space. Breakfast was delivered to the room in a hamper and was most adequate and nicely presented - there is a small dining table in the room. The whole place was sparkling clean. Private off street parking was perfect. Close to the castle and also a short drive to Lidle/Aldie and city centre. A great property to explore the surrounding area and towns from. Don't be enticed to go to Tipperary - as the host warned, there is nothing there.

Loved everything! Mary and Ger were fantastic hosts. Our room was big and roomy. It was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was great. The chocolate in our room was a nice treat with a cuppa. The separate tv room was great to have. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. The location is nice and quiet and although it was out of town it only took a few minutes to drive into the centre. There are only 3 rooms for rent so it's very nice. I would definitely stay with Mary and Ger again on a return visit.

We had great stay, nice farm stay, with staple Chiccken, sheep, 5+ horses, friendly dog and a cat Horse Gary was very friendly And next day morning my daughters had Horse riding lessons from Jes Property was surrounded by Farm lands and lovely view of Brandan hill Overall it’s absolutely brilliant stay we would love to go again

It had the basics (coffee, tea) plus scones, milk and even more. Loved it and appreciate them offering these commodities. Other places don't include the basics and I'm avoiding to go to them. We can't be traveling equipped with salt, oil, coffee, etc everywhere we go.
