Great rooms, on the ground floor, were so comfortable. Staff were happy to accommodate requests, and provide vegan options at breakfast and dinner. Super comfortable chairs and sofa in suites. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the Jacuzzi bath was a great, luxury addition. Maura, the other reception staff and the breakfast staff made us feel welcome and appreciated, and were happy to accommodate our requests. The Ivy Lounge has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff there were professional and efficient, and attentive without being fussy. Our party included 1 vegan, and we tried most items on the menu during our stay. All our choices were very good. Will definitely recommend to friends and would love to stay there again.

it was an absolutely stunning stay! ~perfect beds and pillows! so comfy and soft, that you feel very energetic and fresh in the morning ~ great hot shower! lots of water! just amazing, everything you need after a long car drive ~ slippers, bath robes, ~the room is very warm and cosy ~exceptional view from the room and the breakfast buffet ~nice breakfast ~better book a n outdoor jacuzzi in advance

Absolutely stunning hotel. Lovely atmosphere, beautiful bedroom suit. Bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were super friendly. Lovely little bar was a nice touch as well. Will definitely want to come back. Restaurants very close ,just 5 mins walk. The hotel is literally 10 walk to centre of Killarney.

Exceptional guesthouse. The room was recently renovated and very comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was low-key and self-serve but well provisioned and plenty of options were available. The location was exception and easy to walk into town/easy to find by car.
